My blogger name is KittyKat96 yet I am commonly known by my friends and family as Kate.

I am a student in Australia who has a passionate interest in good health, nutrition and well being.

I hope to educate my readers on the importance of good nutrition in developing countries. In order to do this I will endeavour to write articles, fabulous recipes, complete alternative diet challenges and propose plans to improve nutrition in developing nations.

The quote 'There is no sincerer love than the love of food' sums up my attitude towards food. I love food and encourage many people to do the same yet I truly see the importance of particular foods above others. I bet you have heard the phrase 'All in moderation..', have you? Well I have to say I agree. We all love chocolate, cakes, homemade cookies and massive take away pizzas. Don't we? I certainly do! Yet the world has come to accept these yummy foods as staples in our diets. Whatever happened to the humble pumpkin, tomato or celery stick?

Our fruit, veggies and grains are the true staples! Please join me on the journey to make a healthier world through the importance of excellent education about nutrition!
